FM Works was founded in 2008 by Managing Director Kelvin Bennett who is joined by Operations Manager Glyn Randles. Together we have over 25 years knowledge and experience in the facilities management sector, with particular emphasis on retail parks and housing associations. This has led to a keen understanding of not only the practical maintenance required on tenanted property, but also the contractual obligations that both landlord and tenant must adhere to.
As we have grown, we have maintained the excellent customer relationships that are central to the way we do business. To ensure service continuity we have in place a number of strategies to enable us to provide our services regardless of the situation, including:

FM Works employ local labour and undertake work on projects throughout the North, from Sheffield in Yorkshire to Rhyl in North Wales and from the north of Lancashire down to Birmingham in the Midlands.
